very nice viewmodern room

every staff member greeted us upon arrival. the valet offered to store our segway scooters, so we could access them easily. the hotel was fantastic, offering very nice views and a technologically modern room fully equipped with everything needed (it was a superior experience).

amazing stay, unbelievable service!

great professionalismsmooth arrival

i visited for a few nights and everything was perfect from start to finish! pablo handled my bags with great professionalism and friendliness. tim, the head doorman, made every arrival and departure super smooth. henry found an item i had accidentally left behind in my room, i'm so grateful!

the breakfast was good, but sometimes slow, especially considering it was early. the staff seemed a bit cold, the front desk provided only basic information unless prompted. doormen and porters were not very friendly.

the hotel is next to the river with attractions within easy walking distance. you can use public transport and it is close to many destinations. i found the area accessible and very walkable.

the room was spacious , and the bed was comfortable.

i was disappointed by the state of the room i booked , it had peeling paint on the bathroom wall and scratched walls , which didn't meet the standards i expected. also , the island in the kitchen seemed to be separating at the base , indicating a need for maintenance i hope they address soon. the carpet also had some stains , something i found a bit off-putting.
